<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrispiskan konstruksi transformasi pola komunikasi mubaligh Persis. Untuk mendeskripsikan mengelola transformasi pola komunikasi mubaligh Persis berdasarkan pemahaman dan pengalaman mubaligh Persis sendiri. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode Fenomenologi. Metode fenomenologi ini memotret pengalaman individu sebagi sebuah fenomena. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi transformasi komunikasi pada mubaligh Persataun Islam. Transformasi yang terjadi meliputi dimensi materi, jika sebelumnya dakwah mubaligh Persatuan Islam berorientasi pada kajian fiqih, maka seiring berjalannya waktu terjadi transformasi materi dakwah, sehingga materi yang disampaikan disesuaikan dengan isu-isu yang berkembang. Selanjutnya transformasi mubaligh juga terjadi pada dimensi retoris. Jika sebelumnya pendekatan yang digunakan oleh mubaligh Persatuan bersifat agitatif, rigid dan polemis, maka di era globalisasi dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keterbukaan pikiran, mubaligh Persatuan Islam dalam aktivitas dakwahnya menggunakan pendekatan komunikasi adaptif dan persuasif. This study aims to describe the construction of the transformation of the communication pattern of the Persis preacher. To describe managing the transformation of the communication pattern of the Persis preacher based on the understanding and experience of the Persis preacher himself. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research, using the phenomenological method. This phenomenological method portrays individual experience as a phenomenon. The data collection technique is through observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that there has been a transformation of communication among the missionaries of the Islamic Association. The transformation that occurs includes the material dimension, if previously the Islamic Unity missionary missionary was oriented to the study of fiqh, then over time there was a transformation of da'wah material, so that the material delivered was adapted to developing issues. Furthermore, the transformation of preachers also occurs in the rhetorical dimension. If previously the approach used by the Unity missionary was agitative, rigid and polemical, then in the era of globalization by considering the aspect of open-mindedness, the Unity Islamic missionary in his da'wah activities uses an adaptive and persuasive communication approach.]]>
