<![CDATA[ABSTRACT (ENGLISH) Communication is the process of sending or receiving messages from one person to another, either directly or indirectly, in writing, orally or in non-verbal language. The person who communicates is called the communicator. People who are invited to communicate are called communicants. People who are able to communicate effectively are called communicative. A communicative person is a person who is able to convey information or messages to others, either directly or indirectly, in writing, verbally, or in non-verbal language so that other people can receive information (messages) in accordance with the expectations of the information provider (message). learning as a process of adaptation or adjustment of behavior that takes place progressively. Meanwhile, Morgan defines learning as a relatively permanent change in behavior as a result or result of a disturbing experience. ABSTRAK (INDONESIA) Komunikasi adalah proses penyampaian atau penerima pesan dari satu orang kepada orang lain, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, secara tertulis, lisan maupun bahasa nonverbal. Orang yang melakukan komunikasi disebut komunikator. Orang yang diajak berkomunikasi disebut komunikan. Orang yang mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif disebut komunikatif. Orang yang komunikatif adalah orang yang mampu menyampaikan informasi atau pesan kepada orang lain, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, secara tertulis, lisan, maupun bahasa nonverbal sehingga orang lain dapat menerima informasi (pesan) sesuai dengan harapan si pemberi informasi (pesan). belajar sebagai suatu proses adaptasi atau penyesuaian tingkah laku yang berlangsung secara progresif. Sedangkan Morgan mengartikan belajar sebagai suatu perubahan yang relatif menetap dalam tingkah laku sebagai akibat atau hasil dari pengalaman yang mengganggu]]>
