<![CDATA[The .purpose .of .this .study .was .to .analyze .in .depth .how .the .communication .style .of .the .mayor .of .Padang .in .supporting .the .vaccination .program .in .the .city .of .Padang. .This .type .of .research .used .in .descriptive .qualitative .research .with .a .phenomenological .approach. .The .focus .of .this .study .is .to .analyze .the .experience .and .communication .style .of .the .Mayor .of .Padang .at .the .front .and .backstage .in .supporting .the .vaccination .program .in .the .City .of .Padang .verbally .and .non-verbally. .This .research .uses .analysis .with .Dramaturgy .theory .(Erving .Goffman). .The .results .of .this .study .indicate .that .the .communication .style .carried .out .by .the .mayor .of .Padang .in .supporting .the .vaccination .program .so .that .vaccination .in .the .city .of .Padang .is .achieved .according .to .the .target .is .a .communication .style .based .on .equality .(The .Equalitarian .style) .and .a .structured .communication .style .(The .Structuring .Style). .shown .by .the .mayor .of .Padang .in .supporting .direct .vaccination .to .move .and .foster .empathy .and .cooperation .and .have .a .sense .of .concern .so .as .to .be .able .to .build .good .relations .with .any .party .and .the .spread .of .verbal .messages .is .carried .out .according .to .the .applicable .procedures. .The .role .played .through .the .communication .style .between .the .front .stage .and .the .back .stage .is .different, .so .it .does .not .cause .problems .between .being .the .head .of .the .household, .the .leader .and .the .community. .According .to .Dramaturgy .theory, .the .mayor .of .Padang .has .been .able .to .play .his .role .as .a .communicator, .because .it .has .been .in .accordance .with .the .required .conditions. .As .a .communicator, .the .mayor .of .Padang .can .position .himself .and .adapt .to .his .needs. .So .that .communication .is .carried .out .effectively .and .well .maintained.]]>
