This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the General Sub-Section of the Jaraga Sasameh Buntok Regional General Hospital in 2022. The theory used in this study is Work Discipline according to Bejo Siswanto (2019:291) work discipline is an attitude of respect, obedience and obedience to applicable regulations, both written and unwritten and able to carry out and not avoid receiving sanctions if he violates the duties and authorities given to him and the Employee Performance theory according to Agus Dwiyanto (2017:47) the concept of performance is that performance appraisal is a very important activity because it can be used as a measure of the success of an organization in achieving its mission. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and literature. This research has two variables, namely the independent variable (X) Work Discipline, and the dividend (Y) Employee Performance. The data analysis tool used is Simple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 25. The results of the Validity Test on the Work Discipline variable with the Frequency Attendance indicator have a score of 0.984. The results of the Validity Test on the Employee Performance variable with the Productivity indicator have a score of 0.959 and the Employee Performance variable with the Responsibility indicator has a score of 0.959. The results obtained in the calculation of simple linear regression are Y = 10.093 + 0.777 X where the value (a) is 10.093 and the coefficient value (b) is 0.777. Then the results obtained tcount > ttable (15,752 > 2,052) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Jaraga Sasameh Buntok Regional General Hospital in 2021 (Case Study of the General Subdivision of the House Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Jaraga Sasameh).
