<![CDATA[Decisions in corruption cases consist of sentencing decisions, acquittal decisions (vrijspraak) and decision is free from all lawsuits (onslaag van recht vervolging). This study aims to determine the implementation and juridicial implications of the decision is free from all lawsuits (onslaag van recht vervolging) in case of corruption.
