<![CDATA[Perhatian masyarakat tertuju pada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Apalagi dengan berlakunya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 41 Tahun 2020 tentang pengalihan status KPK menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Sulit untuk percaya bahwa KPK akan mampu bertindak independen dalam menjalankan visi dan misi dengan melekatkan Aparatur Sipil Negara pada lembaganya. Untuk itu perlu memperhatikan pembagian kekuasaan, dalam hal pembagian tugas dan pekerjaan, dalam hal koordinasi dan dalam hal tanggung jawab. Untuk dapat mengantarkan warganya menjadi masyarakat yang sejahtera, kita juga harus mampu memiliki hukum yang bersifat melindungi tanah air dan bangsa ini.
