KEGIATAN FINGER PAINTING PADA ANAK USIA 4-5 TAHUN DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTORIK HALUS DI SPS MIFTAHUL JANNAH

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze scenarios and implementations, teacher and child responses, as well as obstacles faced by teachers and children through finger painting activities for children aged 4-5 years in improving fine motor skills in SPS Miftahul Jannah, Karawang Regency. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach was used in this research method. The subjects in this study were children aged 4-5 years as many as 6 children and 2 teachers and the principal as informants. Observations, interviews, and documentation studies were used as data collection tools. The results of the assessment and evaluation of children through activities in semester 2 of 2020/2021 the teacher guides and repeatedly teaches, the results of the achievement level of fine motor development of the child develop very well and increase in these activities, of the 6 children studied 4 children set very well. good (BSB) in the three indicators studied. In contrast, the 2 children in the last indicator showed they were starting to develop (MB), but this has proven a positive response from teachers and children in the finger painting activity. The obstacles faced when implementing learning through finger painting activities are the children's lack of interest in the material being taught, the fear of children playing dirty and feeling disgusted with these activities, and the role of parents in protecting their children.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis skenario dan implementasi, respon guru dan anak, serta kendala yang dihadapi guru dan anak melalui kegiatan finger paintinganak usia 4-5 tahun dalam meningkatkan motorik halus di SPS Miftahul Jannah Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatifyang dipakai dalam metode penelitian ini. Subjek dalam penelitian ini anak usia 4-5 tahun sebanyak 6 anak dan 2 orang guru serta Kepala Sekolah sebagai informan. Observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dijadikan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Hasil penilaian dan evaluasi terhadap anak melalui kegiatan pada semester 2 tahun 2020/2021 guru membimbing dan mengajarkan secara berulang-ulang diperoleh hasil tingkat pencapaian perkembangan motorik halus anak tersebut berkembang sangat baik dan meningkat dalam kegiatan tersebut, dari 6 anak yang diteliti 4 anak berkembang sangat baik (BSB) dalam tiga indikator yang diteliti sedangkan 2 anak dalam indikator terakhir menunjukkan mulai berkembang (MB), tetapi hal ini sudah membuktikan adanya respon positif dari guru dan anak dalam kegiatan finger paintingtersebut. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pada saat mengimplementasikan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan finger paintingadalah kurangnya minat anak terhadap materi yang diajarkan, takutnya anak-anak bermain kotor dan merasa jijik dengan kegiatan tersebut dan peran orangtua yang melindungi anaknya.
