PENGEMBANGAN DIGITAL SCRAPBOOK BERBANTUAN APLIKASI CANVA UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN IPS KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang belum bervariasi yang membuat proses pembelajaran kurang aktif dan kurang menarik perhatian peserta didik terutama pembelajaran IPS. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengembangkan digital scrapbook berbantuan aplikasi canva untuk pembelajaran IPS kelas V. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan digital scrapbook berbantuan aplikasi canva untuk pembelajaran IPS kelas V sekolah dasar yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Hannafin and Peck dengan 3 tahapan, yaitu 1) tahap analisis kebutuhan, 2) tahap desain, 3) tahap pengembangan dan implementasi. Kevalidan digital scrapbook berbantuan aplikasi canva dinilai oleh tiga ahli pada tahap expert review yaitu ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Hasil analisis dari penilaian para ahli yaitu rata-rata 91,0% dengan kriteria sangat valid berdasarkan data angket. Untuk kepraktisan diperoleh dari respon peserta didik pada tahap one-to-one memperoleh nilai rata-rata 90,2% dengan kategori sangat praktis, dan pada tahap small group memperoleh nilai rata-rata 92,0% dengan kategori sangat praktis berdasarkan data angket. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa digital scrapbook berbantuan Canva termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat valid dan sangat praktis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam Pendidikan khususnya sekolah dan guru dan juga peneliti dapat menjadi rujukan dan penelitian lanjutan, yakni efektivitas dari produk tersebut. Abstract: The use of learning media has not varied which makes the learning process less active and less attractive to students, especially in social studies learning. Therefore, the researchers developed a digital scrapbook assisted by Canva applications for social studies learning for grade V. This study aims to produce a digital scrapbook assisted by Canva applications for social studies learning for grade V elementary schools that is valid and practical. This study uses the Hannafin and Peck development model with 3 stages, namely 1) the needs analysis stage, 2) the design stage, and 3) the development and implementation stages. The validity of the digital scrapbook assisted by the Canva application was assessed by three experts at the expert review stage, namely media experts, materials experts, and linguists. The results of the analysis of the assessment of the experts, namely an average of 91.0% with very valid criteria based on questionnaire data. For practicality, it was obtained from the responses of students in the one-to-one stage that an average score of 90.2% was obtained in the very practical category, and in the small group stage, an average score of 92.0% was obtained in the very practical category based on questionnaire data. So, it can be concluded that Canva-assisted digital scrapbooks fall into the very valid and very practical category. The results of this study are expected to contribute to education, especially schools and teachers and also researchers can be a reference and further research, namely regarding the effectiveness of these products.
