Pengaruh Mendengarkan Murottal Al-Qur’an terhadap Penurunan Temper-tantrum pada Anak Autis

Abstract

Abstract Temper-tantrum is one of the problems in the behavioral aspects of autistic children characterized by emotional outbursts that are difficult to control. One of the methods used to control is to listen to the murottals of the Qur'an because the resulting tone is able to stabilize the state of the body and mind so that one of them makes it more relaxed. This study aims to determine the effect of listening to the murottals of the Qur'an on the decrease in temper-tantrums in autistic children. The design of this experimental research uses one group pretest-posttes design. The subjects of this study were autistic students of SLB Anugrah who were selected using the purposive sampling method as many as 7 students. All subjects were an experimental group that received interventions in the form of listening to the murottals of the Qur'an for six consecutive days with intensity twice a day and the duration of each session for 14 minutes 2 seconds. Data collection was carried out using a temper-tantrum behavior questionnaire. The measurement results were analyzed using the wilcoxon signed rank test statistical test. Temper tantrum measurements resulted in an average pretest score of 41.86 and a posttest score of 38.14, indicating that the average posttest was lower than the pretest. The results of data analysis with wilcoxon signed rank test showed a significance value of 0.018 (p<0.05). There is a decrease in temper tantrums in autistic children after listening to the murottals of the Qur'an. Keywords: Murottal Al-Qur'an, Temper-tantrum Abstrak Temper-tantrum merupakan salah satu permasalahan pada aspek perilaku anak autis yang ditandai dengan ledakan emosi yang sulit dikendalikan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan ialah mendengarkan murottal Al-Qur’an karena dari nada yang dihasilkan mampu menstabilkan keadaan tubuh dan pikiran sehingga salah satunya membuat lebih rileks. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mendengarkan murottal Al- qur’an terhadap penurunan temper-tantrum pada anak autis. Desain penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan one group pretest-posttes design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa autis SLB Anugrah yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 7 siswa. Seluruh subjek merupakan kelompok eksperimen yang mendapatkan intervensi berupa mendengarkan murottal Al- Qur’an selama enam hari berturut-turut dengan intensitas dua kali dalam sehari dan durasi tiap sesi selama 14 menit 2 detik. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner perilaku temper-tantrum. Hasil pengukuran dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik wilcoxon signed rank test. Pengukuran temper tantrum menghasilkan rata-rata skor pretest 41,86 dan skor posttest 38,14 hal ini menunjukan adanya rata-rata posttest lebih rendah dari pretest. Hasil analisis data dengan wilcoxon signed rank test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.018 (p<0.05). Ada penurunan temper tantrum pada anak autis setelah mendengarkan murottal Al-Qur’an.
