<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Penyakit Tidak Menular menyebabkan 73% kematian global dan hipertensi sebagai ancaman Kesehatan masyarakat global yang mempunyai dampak bermakna secara ekonomi dan sosial. Dalam penanggulangan penyakit tidak menular dibutuhkan peran aktif masyarakat baik secara perorangan maupun kelompok dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Upaya Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat melalui kegiatan Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular (Posbindu PTM). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat deterrminan faktor dalam pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel adalah masyarakat sasaran yang datang ke layanan Posbindu PTM di Kecamatan Ilir Timur II (n=359 orang), dipilih dengan metode Consecutive Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui wawancara langsung ke responden. Aanalisis data menggunakan Chi-Square.Hasil: Hasil Penelitian menunjukan mayoritas responden aktif dalam pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM (69,1%). Variabel yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna terhadap pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM antara lain jenis kelamin (p-value=0,000; OR=4,618 CI95%=2,498–8,5), pengetahuan (p-value=0,000; OR=4,015 CI95%=2,505–6,43), dan dukungan keluarga (p-value=0,001; OR= 2,258 CI95%;1,413-3,610) di wilayah Kecamatan Ilir Timur II. Adapun variabel umur, pendidikan dan sikap tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM.Kesimpulan: Disimpulkan bahwa determinan faktor pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM disebabkan oleh jenis kelamin, pengetahuan dan dukungan keluargaKata kunci: Pemanfaatan, Posbindu, Penyakit Tidak Menular, Pengetahuan ABSTRACT Background: Non-communicable diseases cause 73% of global deaths and hypertension is a global public health threat that has significant economic and social impacts. The purpose of this study was to analysis the determinants factors of utilization in Posbindu PTM.Methods: This study used a cross sectional design. The sample is the target community who come to the Posbindu PTM service in Ilir Timur II District (n=359 people), selected by the Consecutive Sampling method. Collecting data using questionnaires through direct interviews with respondents. Data analysis using Chi-Square.Results: The results showed that majority of respondents were active in the utilization of Posbindu PTM (69.1%). Variables that have a significant correlation to the utilization of Posbindu PTM include) gender (p-value = 0.000; OR = 4.618 CI95%=2.498-8,5), knowledge (p-value=0.000; OR=4.015 CI95%=2,505-6,43) dan family support (p-value=0,001). in area of Ilir Timur II District. The variables that do not have correlation with the utilization of Posbindu PTM are age,education and attitudes.
