[Bahasa]: Ketidakmampuan guru-guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Kelurahan Balandai Kota Palopo dalam menciptakan alat peraga secara mandiri menyebabkan praktik pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut masih mengandalkan alat peraga buatan pabrik. Oleh karenanya, kreativitas guru PAUD dalam merancang dan menciptakan alat peraga edukatif (APE) perlu didorong melalui partisipasi guru dalam pelatihan atau workshop pembuatan APE. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan keterampilan kepada guru PAUD dalam merancang APE matematika melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan serta meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa PAUD melalui pemanfaatan APE yang telah dibuat. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah 16 orang guru PAUD pada Kelurahan Balandai Kota Palopo dengan pelaksanaan pelatihan bertempat di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Palopo serta pelaksanaan program pendampingan yang bertempat di lembaga satuan masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Participation Action Research (PAR) yang berbentuk program pelatihan dan pendampingan secara kemitraan. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi yaitu pemetaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, tindak lanjut serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan beberapa hal antara lain: (1) Persentase terpenuhinya semua indikator pada uji kompetensi konseptual pembuatan APE matematika mencapai 78,13%, (2) Persentase peserta dengan kategori mampu pada uji kompetensi teknis pembuatan APE adalah sebesar 84,38%, (3) Hasil observasi aktifitas anak selama pemanfaatan APE secara keseluruhan masuk pada kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sebesar 37,89% dan kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) sebesar 49,47%, dan (4) Rata-rata persentase ketuntasan hasil observasi aktifitas anak selama pemanfaatan APE pada setiap lembaga adalah sebesar 82%. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan APE matematika bagi guru PAUD di Kelurahan Balandai Kota Palopo efektif terhadap perkembangan hasil belajar anak. Therefore, the creativity of PAUD teachers in designing and creating educational teaching aids (APE) needs to be encouraged through teacher participation in training or workshops. The purpose of this community service program is to equip PAUD teachers with skills in designing mathematics APE through training and mentoring programs as well as improving PAUD students' mathematics learning outcomes through the use of the aids. The partners of this program were 16 PAUD teachers in Balandai Village, Palopo City. The training took place at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Palopo and the mentoring programs were held in the teachers’ respective institutions. The method used in this community service was Participation Action Research (PAR) in the form of partnership training and mentoring programs. The stages of the programs included mapping, preparation, implementation, follow-up and monitoring and evaluation. The results of this activity show that: (1) The percentage of fulfillment of all indicators in the conceptual competency test for making mathematical aids reaches 78.13%, (2) The percentage of participants in the capable category on the technical competency test for making APE is 84.38%, (3) The results of observing children's activities during the use of APE as a whole are in the category of Expected Development (BSH) at 37.89% and Very Good Development (BSB) at 49.47%, and (4) The average percentage of completeness results on the observation of children's activities during the use of APE at each institution was 82%. Thus, the program to support PAUD teachers in developing mathematics APE in Balandai Village, Palopo City is effective for the development of children's learning outcomes.
