<![CDATA[This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about, 1) the effect of competence on improving the performance of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. 2) the effect of work discipline on improving the performance of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. 3) the effect of compensation on improving the performance of SD Negeri Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya teachers. 4) the influence of competence, work discipline and compensation on improving the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. The results of the path analysis show, 1) The magnitude of the direct and indirect influence of competence on the performance of SD Negeri teachers, Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency, is 51.2%. 2) The amount of direct and indirect influence of work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency, is 28.67%. 3) The magnitude of the direct and indirect effect of compensation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency, is 27.48%. 4) Simultaneously, the variables of competence, work discipline and compensation have an effect on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency]]>
