Analisis Pengaruh Investasi, Angkatan Kerja, dan Infrastruktur terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Jawa Timur

Abstract—An investment value can increase the absorption of labor so that the use of this labor will increase purchasing power and labor productivity. Infrastructure development is believed to be able to facilitate the mobility and distribution of goods and people from one area to another, thus facilitating and streamlining the economic process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Realization Value of PMDN, Realization Value of PMA, Labor force, and Infrastructure partially and simultaneously on the economic growth of East Java Province. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from reports from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of East Java Province, especially data for 2010-2021. The data studied include data on Gross Regional Domestic Product, realization value of Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment, Labor Force, and Road Infrastructure. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The model used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model which is analyzed by multiple regression. The results showed that partially Realization of the Value of PMDN has a positive and not significant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product, but Labor Force and Road Infrastructure have positive and significant effects. And the Realization of PMA has a negative but not significant effect. Simultaneously the realization of PMDN, the realization of PMA, the Labor force and Infrastructure have a positive and significant impact on East Java's economic growth at the level of alpha = 5%. Keywords: economic growth, realization of the value of DDI, realization of the value of FDI, labor force, road infrastructure Abstrak—Nilai investasi dapat meningkatan penyerapan tenaga kerja sehingga penggunaan tenaga kerja ini akan menambah daya beli serta produktifittas tenaga kerja. Pembangunan infrastruktur diyakini dapat mempermudah mobilitas dan distribusi baik barang maupun orang dari satu dearah ke daerah lain, sehingga akan memperlancar dan mengefisienkan proses perekonomian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Realisasi Nilai PMDN, Realisasi Nilai PMA, angkatan kerja, dan infrastruktur secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Jawa Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber pada laporan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jawa Timur khususnya data tahun 2010-2021. Data yang diteliti meliputi data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, nilai realisasi Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri, Penanaman Modal Asing, Angkatan kerja, dan Infrastruktur Jalan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi. Model yang digunakan adalah model Ordinary Least Square (OLS) yang dianalisis dengan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Realisasi Nilai PMDN berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, namun Angkatan Kerja dan Infrastruktur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dan Realisasi PMA berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Secara simultan realisasi PMDN, realisasi PMA, angkatan kerja dan infrastruktur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Jawa Timur pada tingkat alpha =5%.
