Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at the MSME Traditional Drink "MF" South Jakarta. This “MF” MSME produces various processed traditional drinks such as kencur rice, tamarind turmeric, and tamarind sugar. This traditional drink has been circulating in the market, but has not become a quality product. This community service activity carried out at the MSME Traditional Drink "MF" South Jakarta aims to increase sales promotion through the creation of logos and labeling of traditional beverage products. This community service activity is carried out through observation, interviews, and direct dialogue with MSME owners regarding the hopes and obstacles they face while running their business. The end result of this community service activity at MSME "MF" is the creation of logos and product labels as a means of promoting the sale of traditional drinks. With the logo and product labels, it is expected to increase sales and increase the market for traditional beverage products "MF". Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di UMKM Minuman Tradisional “MF” Jakarta Selatan. UMKM “MF” ini menghasilkan berbagai olahan minuman tradisional seperti beras kencur, kunyit asem, rimpang, dan minuman jahe. Minuman tradisional ini sudah beredar di pasaran, namun belum menjadi produk yang berkualitas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di UMKM Minuman Tradisional “MF” Jakarta Selatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan promosi penjualan melalui pembuatan logo dan pelabelan produk minuman tradisional. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dialog langsung dengan pemilik UMKM mengenai harapan dan kendala yang mereka hadapi selama menjalankan usahanya. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di UMKM “MF” ini adalah pembuatan logo dan label produk sebagai sarana promosi penjualan minuman tradisional. Dengan adanya logo dan label produk diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan bertambahnya pasar produk minuman tradisional “MF”.
