<![CDATA[The objective of this research is to know the effect of motivation and leadership effectiveness to productivity at vocational school in the subdistrict of West Cikarang Bekasi district. The researchwas conducted using survey method with path analysis technique. Research samples were selected as much as 74 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: First, the motivation have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of motivation will lead to increased productivity. Second, the leadership effectiveness have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of leadership effectiveness will lead to increased productivity. Third, motivation have positive direct effect to the leadership effectiveness. The productivity can be improved by increasing motivation and leadership effectiveness.]]>
