<![CDATA[ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya pengaturan perlindungan hukum bagi Justice Collaborator dalam tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia. Penulisan Hukum ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan perlindungan hukum bagi Justice Collaborator dalam tindak pidana korupsi sesuai dengan UU Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan Atas UU Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 Tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat preksriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Undang-Undang (Statue approach). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis diperoleh bahwa perlindungan hukum bagi Justice Collaborator tidak diatur secara tegas di Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2006. Perlindungan hukum Justice Collaborator dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 berbentuk perlindungan fisik dan psikis, perlindungan hukum, penanganan khusus, dan penghargaan (reward).Kata Kunci : Pelindungan Hukum, Justice Collaborator, Korupsi ABSTRACT: This study shows the importance of regulating legal protection for Justice Collaborators in criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia. This legal writing aims to determine the legal protection arrangements for Justice Collaborators in criminal acts of corruption in accordance with Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims. This research method is a normative legal research that is prescriptive by using a state approach. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it was found that legal protection for Justice Collaborators is not explicitly regulated in Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 13 of 2006. Legal protection of Justice Collaborators in Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 13 of 2006 take the form of physical and psychological protection, legal protection, special treatment, and rewards.Keywords: Legal Protection, Justice Collaborator, Corruption]]>
