Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan data WHO (World Health Organization) diketahui bahwa di dunia ada sekitar 50-80 juta Pasutri mempunyai problem Infertilitas dan setiap tahunnya muncul sekitar 2 juta pasangan infertil baru. Di Indonesia sekitar 12% atau sekitar 3 juta pasangan mengalami infertil. Di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan terdapat sejumlah 34.516 pasangan umur subur (25%) diperkirakan mengalami infertilitasTujuan: untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang berhubungan dengan kejadian infertilitas di klinik hidayah ibu kalianda.Metode: penelitian ini Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional dimana populasinya adalah wanita usia subur di klinik Hidayah Ibu Kalianda sebanyak 804 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total populasi terdiri dari 170 Wanita Usia Subur yang infertil dan 634 tidak infertil. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, chi square dan regresi logistik.Hasil: dari penelitian ini ada hubungan bermakna antara obesitas dengan kejadian infertilitas di klinik Hidayah Ibu dimana nilai P value 0.000. Ada hubungan bermakna antara umur dengan kejadian infertilitas di klinik Hidayah Ibu dimana nilai P value 0.001. Tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara pekerjaan dengan kejadian infertilitas di klinik Hidayah Ibu dimana nilai P value 0.610. Ada hubungan bermakna antara Riwayat Penyakit Reproduksi dengan kejadian infertilitas di klinik hidayah ibu dimana nilai P value 0.000. Tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara Riwayat Penyakit Menular Seksual dengan kejadian infertilitas di klinik Hidayah Ibu dimana nilai P value 0.624. Ada hubungan bermakna antara Riwayat Penyakit Kronis dengan kejadian infertilitas di klinik Hidayah Ibu dimana nilai P value 0.000Kesimpulan: ada beberapa faktor yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kejadian infertilitas di Klinik Hidayah Ibu Kalianda. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan infertilitas adalah obesitas, umur, riwayat penyakit reproduksi, dan riwayat penyakit kronis. Namun, faktor pekerjaan dan riwayat penyakit menular seksual tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian infertilitas Background: Based on WHO (World Health Organization) data, it is known that in the world there are around 50-80 million couples who have infertility problems and every year around 2 million new infertile couples appear. There is a significant relationship between age and the incidence of infertility at the Hidayah Ibu clinic where the P value is 0.001. There is no significant relationship between occupation and the incidence of infertility at the Hidayah Ibu clinic where the P value is 0.610. There is a significant relationship between Reproductive Disease History and the incidence of infertility at the mother's guidance clinic where the P value is 0.000. There is no significant relationship between History of Sexually Transmitted Diseases and the incidence of infertility at the Hidayah Ibu clinic where the P value is 0.624. There is a significant relationship between History of Chronic Disease and the incidence of infertility at the Hidayah Ibu clinic where the P value is 0.000.Conclusion: there are several factors that have a significant relationship with the incidence of infertility at Hidayah Ibu Kalianda Clinic. Factors associated with infertility are obesity, age, history of reproductive disease, and history of chronic disease. However, occupation and history of sexually transmitted diseases did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of infertility.
