The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how the public's perception of temulawak cosmetic products that are not registered with BPOM and find out how the interest in buying cosmetics is in terms of consumer purchasing decisions. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 71 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is a technique where sampling is based on predetermined criteria and using multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS. The method used in this study is quantitative method, namely multiple linear regression. and take a descriptive approach to determine public perceptions and buying interest in temulawak cosmetic products. from the results of the analysis obtained a significant value of tcount from ttable, then the hypothesis in this study is declared accepted. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that perception and buying interest have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for temulawak cosmetics in the Sungai Bungin Koto Nan Duo IV Koto Koto Hilie, Batang Kapas District
