<![CDATA[Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of female legislators in efforts to oversee the ratification of the TPKS Bill against victims of sexual violence. The role of women legislators will be seen using the roots of Betty Friedan's liberal feminist thought. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The research approach used is a gender approach. In searching for data, researchers use library research techniques, which are taken from various journal articles, theses, or books. The results of this study are the role of women legislators in terms of escorting the ratification of the Draft Law on Sexual Violence (RUU TPKS) can be done in several ways, such as by having a discussion forum that thoroughly discusses the TPKS Bill, holding hearings with Komnas Perempuan, conducting various forms of advocacy, and strive to continue to push the TPKS Bill so that it can be discussed in the Legislative Departement. Abstrak.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran legislator perempuan dalam upaya pengawalan pengesahan RUU TPKS terhadap korban kekerasan seksual. Peran legislator perempuan akan dilihat menggunakan akar pemikiran feminis liberal Betty Friedan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipakai adalah pendekatan gender. Dalam pencarian data, peneliti menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan atau library research, yang diambil dari berbagai artikel jurnal, tesis, ataupun buku. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran legislator perempuan dalam hal pengawalan pengesahan Rancangan Undang-undang Tindak Kekerasan Seksual (RUU TPKS) dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, seperti dengan adanya diskusi forum yang membahas tuntas draft RUU TPKS, melakukan audiensi dengan Komnas Perempuan, melakukan berbagai bentuk advokasi, dan berupaya untuk terus mendorong RUU TPKS tersebut agar dapat dibahas di Badan Legislatif. ]]>
