This research intent to know what available leadership influence and Organization Culture for performance To Learn SMA N 3 Padang with satisfactory job as Variable As Intervening This observational type is observational kausatif. Population in observational it is learn SMA N 3 Padang and sample take teches yag is utilized which is total sampling sample on observational it is exhaustive SMAS teacher Country 3 Moorlands that total 88 person. Instrument that is utilized is kuesioner.
