The background of this research is the textbook as a studentâs handbook is not able toconstruct the studentâs knowledge to find its own concept. Therefore, it is finally made ateaching material in the form of a constructivism-based module for integer material on theseventh grade of Public Junior High Scool 2 North Rao. The research aims to develop avalid and practical constructivism-based module. The type of the research is theexpansion by using 4-D model. 4-D model consists of 4 expansions, i.e. 1) Define, 2)Design, 3) Develop, and 4) Disseminate. The research is only conducted into three stages,i.e. defining stage, designing stage, and developing stage. The validity test result ofconstructivism-based module of very valid criteria is 3.25. The practical test result ofstudents shows that a very practical category is 82.87 %. It can be concluded that aconstructivism-based module for integer material at seventh grade of Public Junior HighSchool 2 North Rao is valid and practical.
