The mathematics learning aims is students can use mathematics to solve problems inlife. But the aims was not fully achieved, because the teaching materials used in theform of student worksheets are not based on realistic and can’t encourage students toparticipate actively, so that the learning process become less meaningful. Therefore, itneeds based on realistic mathematics student worksheets. Development researchaims to determine the validity and the practicalities of realistic mathematics studentworksheets based on the material system of linear equations of two variables. Thestudent worksheets are developed by 4-D models, which is modified into define,design, and develop. Based on data analysed shows that the worksheets are developedvery valid with average 3.42 and very practical with a percentage 92.83% from thestudents and 80.68% from the teacher. In addition, the interviews showed studentworksheets help students to understand the material learning. It can be concluded thatstudent worksheets are valid and practical.
