<![CDATA[This research was due to the students low understanding on mathematics concept.The aim of this research was to reveal whether the use of two stay to stray cooperative learning model model gave better effect on the students mathematics conceptual understanding compared to the use of conventional learning in class VIII of SMPN 2 Rao.This was an experimental research which used random toward the subject design. The result of data analysis indicated that the two smple class were normal and homogenous.the result of hypothesis test showed that the value of t calculated = 3,15 was higher than t table = 1,68 indicating that the hypotesis was accepted.At last, it was concluded that the use of two stay two stray cooperative learning model gave better effect on the students mathematics conceptual understanding compered to the use of conventional learnig.]]>
