<![CDATA[Children with cancer who experience constipation due to the effects of chemotherapy have an increased prevalence. Constipation is considered an important problem with a significant impact on lifestyle. Constipation that occurs in children with chemotherapy needs to be given appropriate nursing care using an approach that focuses on conservation, namely the Levine Conservation Model, which is oriented towards energy conservation, structural integrity conservation, personal integrity conservation and social integrity conservation. The purpose of this case report is to provide an overview of the application of the Levine Conservation Model in providing nursing care to children with a diagnosis of cancer who are undergoing chemotherapy with constipation. The results of the nursing evaluation indicated that constipation problems could be resolved during treatment.Keywords: chemotherapy; constipation; cancer in children; Levine Conservation ABSTRAK Anak pengidap kanker yang mengalami konstipasi akibat efek dari kemoterapi mengalami peningkatan prevalensi. Konstipasi dianggap sebagai masalah penting dengan dampak signifikan pada gaya hidup. Konstipasi yang terjadi pada anak dengan kemoterapi perlu diberikan asuhan keperawatan yang tepat menggunakan pendekatan yang berfokus kepada konservasi yakni Model Konservasi Levine, yang berorientasi pada konservasi energi, konservasi integritas struktural, konservasi intergritas personal dan konservasi integritas sosial. Tujuan case report ini adalah memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan Model Konservasi Levine dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada anak dengan diagnosis kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi dengan konstipasi.
