<![CDATA[Protein Energy Deficiency (PEM) is a dangerous condition in infants because it can affect future growth. Protein in infants aged 6 to 24 months can be received with breast milk and complementary foods. This study aims to design and build an information system that can provide menu information using optimal calorie and protein content to parents of babies for their children. This study used a research and development (R&D) approach. System testing was carried out through a white box system, namely calculating cyclomatic complexity (CC), the results of which are used to match whether the independent path is in accordance with the CC calculation. In addition, a system evaluation was also carried out for the user. The evaluation results showed that most users consider that the system meets their needs.Keywords: fuzzy mamdani; complementary food for ASI; whitebox ABSTRAK Kekurangan Energi Protein (KEP) merupakan kondisi yang berbahaya pada bayi karena dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan kedepannya. Protein pada bayi usia 6 hingga 24 bulan dapat diterima dengan ASI dan makanan pendamping ASI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi menu menggunakan kandungan kalori dan protein yang optimal kepada orang tua bayi untuk anaknya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D). Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui sistem white box yaitu menghitung cyclomatic complexity (CC) yang hasilnya digunakan untuk mecocokkan apakah independet path sudah sesuai dengan penghitungan CC. Selain itu juga dilakukan evaluasi sistem bagi user.
