Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan beban kerja secara parsial kepada kinerja perawat Rumah sakit umum daerah karawang. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara bersama-sama pengaruh secara simultan kompetensi, motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat rumah sakit umm daerah karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif dan verifikatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu perawat pelakana yang telah menjadi pegawai negeri sipil pada RSUD Karawang dengan sampel sebanyak 105. Analisi data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG.Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG.Beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG. Kompetensi, motivasi dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG Kata Kunci: Kopetensi, Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Perawat Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, motivation, and workload partially on the performance of nurses in the Karawang area general hospital. To find out and analyze simultaneously the effect of competence, motivation and workload on the performance of nurses at UMM Hospital in Karawang area. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The population used is Pelakana nurses who have become civil servants at Karawang Hospital with a sample of 105. Data analysis used is path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Competence partially has a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital. Motivation partially has a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital. Workload partially has a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital. Competence, motivation and workload simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Workload, Nurse Performance.
