Abstract

His study aims to determine and analyze the partial or simultaneous effect of motivation and discipline on the performance of Public Health Center employees in South Tambun District. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with descriptive verification research methods. Samples of Puskesmas employees in South Tambun sub-district were taken 145 employees. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sample technique. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 22 software for windows. The analysis model in this study uses a path analysis model. Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was a partial effect of motivation on the performance of Puskesmas employees in Tambun Selatan District of 27.5%. While the partial effect of Discipline on the Performance of Public Health Center Employees in Tambun Selatan District is 25.4%. The simultaneous influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance is 86.7%. The influence of other variables outside the model is 13.3%.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Penempatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 61 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gambaran untuk Kompetensi, Penempatan Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Karawang dinilai baik. Korelasi antara Kompetensi dan Penempatan Kerja memiliki hubungan yang kuat yaitu sebesar 0,606. Terdapat pengaruh parsial Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 16,1%. Terdapat pengaruh parsial Penempatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 34,3%. Terdapat pengaruh simultan Kompetensi dan Penempatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Karawang sebesar 50,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Penempatan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Work Placement of the Employee Performance of the Industry and Trade Office of Karawang Regency. The research method used is descriptive verification method. The population in this study amounted to 61 people. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique, where the entire population was used as the research sample. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results showed that the description for Competence, Job Placement, and Employee Performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of Karawang Regency was considered good. The correlation between Competence and Work Placement has a strong relationship that is equal to 0,606. There is a partial effect of Competence on Employee Performance of 16,1%. There is a partial effect of Work Placement on Employee Performance of 34,3%. There is a simultaneous influence of Competence and Job Placement on the Performance of the Office of Industry and Trade of Karawang Regency by 50,4% while the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Competence, Work Placement, Employee Performanc

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan beban kerja secara parsial kepada kinerja perawat Rumah sakit umum daerah karawang. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara bersama-sama pengaruh secara simultan kompetensi, motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat rumah sakit umm daerah karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif dan verifikatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu perawat pelakana yang telah menjadi pegawai negeri sipil pada RSUD Karawang dengan sampel sebanyak 105. Analisi data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG.Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG.Beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG. To find out and analyze simultaneously the effect of competence, motivation and workload on the performance of nurses at UMM Hospital in Karawang area. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The population used is Pelakana nurses who have become civil servants at Karawang Hospital with a sample of 105. Data analysis used is path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Competence partially has a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital. Motivation partially has a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital. Workload partially has a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital. Competence, motivation and workload simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Workload, Nurse Performance.
