Abstrak Hasil kerja pegawai yang berfokus atas kualitas maupun kuantitas, didapatkan pegawai dalam pelaksanaan setiap tugas organisasi dan menjadi kewajiban dan tanggungjawab bagi para pegawai. Penelitian bermaksud untuk menelaah pengaruh pemberdayaan, komitmen organisasi, serta kepribadian terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 84 pegawai honorer Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Demak. Tekhnik penelitian dengan purposive sampling dan metode penelitian yang digunakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder sedangkan tekhnik analisis yang dipakai adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Pemberdayaan serta Kepribadian mempunyai dampak positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, Komitmen Organisasi memiliki dampak positif tetapi non signifikan. This research intend to examine the effect of empowerment, organizational commitment, and personality on employee performance. The research population was 84 temporary employees of the Demak Regency Goverment. The research technique was purposive sampling and the research method used is by distributing questionnaires. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this research is that empowerment and personality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, Organizational Commitment has a positive but non significant effect.
