Abstract

The study entitled "Analysis of Effect of Quality of Service, Hotel Rates, Location, and Amenities for Customer Loyalty (Studies in the Great Mosque of Semarang House Hotel on Jl. Elephant Kingdom, Semarang)". This study analyzes the effect of quality of service (X1), the room rate (X2), the location of the hotel (X3), facilities services (X4) on customer loyalty (Y). The population in this study is the hotel customers are enjoying the Wisma Great Mosque of service, price, location and facilities diberiikan by the hotel. Determination of the samples was done by using "accidential sampling" and the number of samples taken as many as 110 people. Analytical model used is multiple linear regression. Previously, the validity and reliability testing. The research results are: (1) The results of statistical calculations with multiple linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 0.474 + -0.097 X1 -0.005 X2 + X3 + X4 + 0.455 e. From the regression equation is known that the quality of services and facilities have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, while at the rates and location has no significant influence on customer loyalty. (2) The calculation of the coefficient of determination 0.688 magnitude. This suggests that the quality of service, rates, location, facilities are able to explain the variable customer loyalty by 68.8%. While the remaining 31.2% is explained by other variables not examined such as customer satisfaction, product quality, and others. (3) The hypothesisthat has been done in this study were: A) There is a significant and positive influence of service quality on customer loyalty. B) no significant effect on customer loyalty rates. C) There was no significant effect on customer loyalty sites. D) There is a significant and positive influence on customer loyalty sites.Keywords: Quality of service, rates, location, facilities and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline to the performanceof an employee working at the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives (DISPERINDAGKOP)Manggarai - NTT. The formulation of the problem in this research is How does influence work motivationand work discipline on employee performance DISPERINDAGKOP Manggarai. Data collection methodsused in this research is by using questionnaires by spreading a list of questions to respondents in order toobtain information. The data collected was analyzed using data analysis methods used in this research thatTest Validity, Reliability, Multiple Linear Regression, Test of Determination (R2), F test and t-test. Based onthe analysis it can be concluded that: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between WorkMotivation on Employee Performance. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Workdiscipline and 3) Testing together using F test showed that motivation and discipline work together to have asignificant effect on performance.Key word : Work motivation, Work discipline and employee Performance

Abstract

The study entitled "The Effect of Service and Product Quality to Customer Satisfaction" conducted to analyze customer satisfaction in the Aldila Resto Semarang. The population in this study is customers of Aldila Restowere enjoying the meal and the service provided in restaurants are. Sampling is done by using "accidential sampling", ie the sampling technique based on chance and the number of samples taken as 100.The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, the regression analysis to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination and test fit the model to test and prove the influence of the Partial each independent variable. The results of the study are: (1) The results of the statisticallinear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 0.130 + 0.850 X1 X2. From the regression equation it is known that the quality of service and product quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. (2) The calculation of the coefficient of determination result is 0.717. This shows that the quality of service and product quality variables could explain 71.7% of customer satisfaction, while the remaining 28.3% is explained by other variables not included in this study. (3) The hypothesis that has been done in this study are: a) positive effect on service quality customer satisfaction Aldila Resto Semarang. b) positiveaffect product quality to customer satisfaction Aldila Resto Semarang. In this study the variable quality of the product has a more dominant effect than the variable quality of service.Keyword: Service Quality, Quality Products and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources is on every important factor in a company, in addition to the factors such as capital, one way to improve the performance,motivation and job satisfaction of employees is to provide compensation. Another element in the company of significant value in the enterprise compensation management system is leadership. This research is aimed to examine the effect of variable compensation and leadership to employee performance. Analyses were performed using SPSS. SPSS analysis of the test results showed that compensation shown to significantly affect the performance of employees and leadership proved to have a significant effecton employee performance. Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of Employee Engagement, Person-Organization Fit    (P-O Fit), Organizational Learning and Organizational Commitment to Performance. The research object in this paper is the Social Department in Central Java Province. Sampling technique in this study is the use of data or entire employee population by using the method of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of statement to the respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to look for answers that affect Employee Performance. The data were analyzed using the data to the normality test variable regression model gadfly or residuals have a normal distribution, the classical assumption of multicolinearity test to test correlation between the independent variables, factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of the partial of each independent variable was tested with the coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test model to test and prove partial effect of each independent variable. The results of the research are: (1) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. (2) Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. (3) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Abstract

This research is a study that tested the effect of the quality of work life, organizational commitment, and motivation off employee satisfaction. The purpose of this study is: 1) examine the effect of the quality of work life on job satisfaction. 2) examine the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction. 3) examine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction. This study was conducted on social services employee manpower and transmigration kab.demak. a sample of respondents in this study were 102 respondents. The sampling methodwas census sampling method, in which all population is used as a sample. The data used primary data, data analisis using quantitative and qualitative test which includes validity, reliability test, normality test, multiple regresion analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The result showed that, the first hypothesis there is a positive influence on yhe quality of work life employee satisfaction social service manpower and ransmigration kab. Demak. The second hyphotesis there is a positive effect of organozational commitment on job employees of social service manpower and transmogration kab.demak. the third hypothesis there is a positive influence on job satisfaction employee motivation social service manpower and transmogration kab.demak.Key words: quality of work life, organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research that is done in Institute Agama Islam Walisongo Semarang. Data used by primary data taken with questionnaire with 82 respondents for sample research. The writer did the reseach by using purposive sampling, with some criteria. Those criteria are the respondents have to had level stratum -2 for level education and tree year minimum in a work periode. Analysis appliance weared by instrument test, the test reliability, and while the test models, test the Adj R2 (coefficient of determination), Test the hypothesizing used regression analysis, test the F Test (Goodness of Fit), and test the moderation using analysis path (path analysis). The results of the analysis in this study resulted in regersi determination coefficient of 0.423, or in other words, changes in performance can be influenced by effective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment and organizational culture of 43.3%. The results of this study indicate that affective commitment does not affect the employee performance, ccontinuance commitment has the influence a significant effect on employee performance, normative commitment does not effect on employee performance, organizational culture did not moderate the influence of affective organizational commitment to employee performance, organizational culture did’t  moderate the influence of continuance organizational commitment to employee performance and organizational culture moderates the effect of normative commitment on employee performance Keywords: Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment and Normative Commitment, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work communication, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance of Savings and Loans Cooperative Center Pekalongan. The population in this study were 146 employeesat of Savings and Loans Cooperative Center Pekalongan. The Sampleused judgmen sampling technic with 102 respondents. The data used primary data and secondary data, analysed using linear regression . The results showed that the work environment, work communication, work motivation, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Savings and Loans Cooperative Center Pekalongan. From these results can be concluded that a good work environment, a good work communication high work motivation, and high working discipline will improve employee performance of Savings and Loans Cooperative Center Pekalongan.Keywords : work environment , work communication, work motivation , work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as mediation. The study uses five hypotheses. The population in the study is all employees of Hospitalof Tugurejo Semarang. The sample use 98 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample were employees having been appointed as civil servants and have  minimum tenure of 3 years. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis concluded that: Compensation positively affect on work motivation. The working environment positively affect on work motivation, Compensation positively influence on employee performance, working environment positively influence on employee performance. Work motivation positively influence on employee performance. Work motivation does not mediate the affect of compensation to employee performance. Work motivation does not mediate the affect of the work environment on employee performance  Keywords: compensation, work environment, motivation and performance of employees

Abstract

The success of a company is strongly influenced by employee performance. Every company will always try to improve the performance of its employees to achieve company goals. Factors that can improve employee  performance are motivation, compensation and competence. The purpose of this study is, (1) To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. (2) To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. (3) To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this research is all employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero). Samples taken are all employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Branch Poncol that there are as many as 102 respondents. The independent variables and bound in this research are Motivation (X1), Compensation (X2), Competence (X3) and Performance (Y). The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument validity test using factor analysis, reliability test using Alpha Cronbach. After that the collected data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis method. The conclusion of this research are (1) motivation have positive effect to performance. (2) Compensation has no effect on performance.
