<![CDATA[Pajjenekang Island has its own tradition in commemorating the Islamic New Year and the anniversary of their island. The tradition of traditional art attractions of the Pajenekang Island community called tammung Taung has existed since before Indonesia's independence long at the beginning of the 20th century, in order to celebrate the freedom of the figures on Pajenekang Island. Besides being rich in traditions, Pajenekang Island has environmental problems, namely cleanliness problems, the absence of facilities. waste management makes there is still garbage thrown into the sea. Implementation of this community service with the method of providing education through lecture and question and answer mechanisms. The results of this activity are very useful for increasing the knowledge and skills of the community. The results of the evaluation during the activity process showed that the community had understood and knew how to develop a tourist village on Pajjenekang Island. With this educational activity, it is hoped that it will be able to increase public knowledge so that they can develop the village so that Pajjenekang Island can be achieved as a Tourism Village in South Sulawesi.]]>
