Abstract The study was made to explain how the description related to Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Leadership and Employee Performance of Village Heads in West Bandung Regency, while the type of research used was descriptive verification research. The sample method used is incidental sampling, while the data for this study were obtained by using a discourse process on social intelligence and spiritual intelligence on leadership and its impact on the employee performance of village heads throughout West Bandung for 80 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is Path analysis using IBM SPSS statistics software. The results of this study prove that the Social Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence of the Village Head are good while Leadership and Employee Performance show quite good results, the two variables, namely social performance and spiritual performance have a significant influence on Leadership then Leadership has a significant influence on Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Social Intelegence, Spiritual Intelegence, Leadership dan Employee Performance, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Metode pengambilan sampel mengunakan incidental sampling, sedangkan data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan proses wawacana terhadap 80 orang responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan Path Analysis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS statistics. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Sosial Intelegence dan Spiritual Intelegence Kepala Desa adalah baik sedangkan Leadership dan Employee Performance menunjukan hasil yang cukup baik, kedua variabel yaitu sosial performance dan spiritual performance mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Leadership kemudian Leadership mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Employee Performance.
