Abstract

Discussion regarding the legal certainty of implementing agricultural land mortgages in indigenous peoples as collateral for debts. The type of research used is normative juridical method. The legal certainty of the implementation of pawning agricultural land for receivables in the implementation of pawning agricultural land which is selling pawn fields with an agreement, that if after a certain time is not redeemed, the field will become the property of the pawn holder, does not mean that, after the specified time has passed without redemption, the field automatically becomes the pawn holder's property. Settlement of agricultural land pawn disputes over debts and credit developments in land pawn developments in society where the shift from the principle of helping to develop into the law of supply and demand between the pawn giver and the pawn receiver
