This research aims to analyse the impact of organizational citizenship behavior, counterproductive work behavior, with employee engagement as variable intervening through the impact of employee performance in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Batam. The difference in behaviour of each employee is a determinant of their performance in the company.
