<![CDATA[. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan dan pengungkapan diri. Hipotesis penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kepercayaan dan pengungkapan diri, dengan asumsi semakin tinggi kepercayaan maka semakin tinggi pengungkapan diri dan sebaliknya semakin rendah kepercayaan maka semakin rendah pengungkapan diri. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT Mitra Abdi Perkasa yang dipilih dengan metode total sampling. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur kepercayaan dan keterbukaan diri. Perhitungan dilakukan untuk menguji persyaratan analisis (asumsi), yang terdiri dari uji normalitas distribusi dan uji hubungan linieritas. Analisis data menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment dengan SPSS 17 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,466 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara kepercayaan dan pengungkapan diri. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel kepercayaan terhadap pengungkapan diri sebesar 21,7 persen, sedangkan sisanya 78,3 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara kepercayaan dan pengungkapan diri dapat diterima. This study aims to determine the relationship between trust and selfdisclosure. The hypothesis of this study stated that there is a positive relationship between trust and self-disclosure, with the assumption that the higher the trust, the higher the self-disclosure and conversely the lower the trust, the lower the selfdisclosure. The subjects of this study were 100 employees of PT Mitra Abdi Perkasa selected with a total sampling method. Data were obtained from a scale to measure trust and self-disclosure. Calculations were performed to test the requirements analysis (assumption), which consisted of distribution normality test and linearity relationship test. The analysis of the data used Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that a correlation coefficient was 0.466 (p <0.05). It showed that there is a positive relationship between trust and self-disclosure. These results indicate that the contribution of a the variable of trust on self-disclosure was 21.7 percent, while the remaining 78.3 percent is influenced by other factors not examined.
