<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh body image terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada wanita madya yang bekerja di PT X. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan cara pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 266 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa koefesien regresi bersifat signifikan, karena menurut hasil uji hipotesis nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, maka disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh citra tubuh terhadap kepuasan pernikahan. Adapun nilai R Square adalah 0,075 yang berarti body image memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pernikahan sebesar R2= 7,5 %. Jadi kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara body image dan kepuasan pernikahan. his research aims to know effect of body image on marriage satisfaction among middle women who work at PT X. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling by means of the sampling used is quota sampling. The number of samples in this study were 266 respondents. The results showed that the regression coefficient was significant, because according to the results of the hypothesis test the significance value (Sig.) Was 0.00 <0.05. It concludes that there was an effect of body image on marriage satisfaction. The R Square value is 0.075, which means that body image has an influence on marriage satisfaction by R2 = 7.5%. So the conclusion is that there is a positive relationship between body image and marriage satisfaction.]]>
