Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu: ada hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik dengan kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 62 Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Semarang serta metode analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai korelasi antar kedua variabel tersebut, yaitu 0,425 (P < 0,01) sehingga dapat disimpukan motivasi intrinsik dengan kinerja berkorelasi secara signifikan. This study aims to prove the proposed hypothesis, namely: there is a relationship between intrinsic motivation and performance. This research is a correlational study. The research subjects were 62 Education Personnel of the Faculty of Education, State University of Semarang and the data analysis method used a simple correlation technique. The results showed that the correlation value between the two variables was 0.425 (P < 0.01) so that it could be concluded that intrinsic motivation and performance correlated significantly.
