Hubungan pemuridan terhadap pertumbuhan jemaat di GKSI Betlehem Grogol Permai

Abstract This study aims to find out how much the relationship of discipleship has to the growth of the congregation in quality. The research was conducted at GKSI Bethlehem Grogol Permai. This research was conducted using the following techniques: surveys, experiments, secondary data, and observation. Based on the number of population and the sampling technique that has been determined, the researcher takes the size of the research sample. The results of the analysis stated: a coefficient of 6.801 was obtained with a P-value of 0.000. Because the P-value is less than 0.01, this means that the correlation coefficient of 0.534 is significant or quite significant. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2yx) of 0.279 means that discipleship contributes to the growth of the congregation by 27.9%. While the remaining 72.1% is influenced by other factors, such as: quality of teaching, attitude towards God's word, interest in worship, motivation to worship, exemplary pastor, leadership style of church pastor, and others. Keywords: Discipleship, Congregational Growth, GKSI Bethlehem, Grogol Permai. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan pemuridan terhadap pertumbuhan jemaat secara kualitas. Penelitian dilakukan di GKSI Betlehem Grogol Permai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik: survai, eksperimen, data sekunder, dan obeservasi. Berdasarkan jumlah populasi dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang telah ditentukan, maka peneliti, mengambil besarnya sampel penelitian. Hasil analisis menyatakan: didapatkan koefisien sebesar 6,801 dengan P–value sebesar 0,000. Oleh karena nilai P-value lebih kecil dari 0,01 maka hal ini berarti bahwa koefisien korelasi sebasar 0,534 memiliki keberartian atau cukup signifikan. Besarnya koefisien determinansi (r2yx) sebesar 0,279 mempunyai makna bahwa pemuridan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan jemaat sebesar 27,9%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya, seperti: kualitas pengajaran, sikap terhadap firman Tuhan, minat beribadah, motivasi beribadah, keteladanan gembala jemaat, gaya kepemimpinan gembala jemaat, dan lainnya. Kata kunci: Pemuridan, Pertumbuhan Jemaat, GKSI Betlehem, Grogol Permai.
