AbstractThis article aims to find out whether food credit with collateral business for cattle fattening is a form of fiduciary guarantee development. The research method used is empirical or non-doctrinal legal research. Sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it is known that in its development the cultivation of cattle fattening can be categorized as a trade item because the nature of these objects can not be changed every day. In practice, the regulation of material law uses a closed system or the legal nature of the object that forces (dwingend) the second book of the Criminal Code can be broken through. This provides a basis that cattle fattening cultivation can be categorized as a merchandise and in practice there is no need for changes in the law. Then it can be concluded that the fiduciary guarantee that is in the form of a cattle fattening cultivation business as a form of fiduciary guarantee development.
