For test hypothesis used tool analysis data in the form of regression linear multiple .After done regression obtained analytical model multiple linear regression i.e. Y = 14,324 + 0.960 Leadership style + 1.154 motivation work , From the regression model the could is known existence connection which positive Among variable independent to variable dependent. On testing hypothesis by simultaneous namely in the F test by statistics show significant at the 0.05 level , Thing this means third variable free by simultaneous have influence to performance employees .That thing supported with R value 2 that is of 0.524 which means variation change dependent variable capable explained by the independent variable of 61.8%. The rest as big as 38.2% is explained by other variables that are not researched . Whereas testing by Partial or t test, third independent variable shows significant below 0.05. That thing show that by partial of each independent variable , namely style leadership and motivation work take effect to performance employees .
