On testing hypothesis by simultaneous namely in the F test by statistics show significant at the 0.05 level , Thing this means third variable free by simultaneous have influence to performance employees .That thing supported with R value 2 that is of 0.524 which means variation change dependent variable capable explained by the independent variable of 61.8%. The rest as big as 38.2% is explained by other variables that are not researched . Whereas testing by Partial or t test, third independent variable shows significant below 0.05. That thing show that by partial of each independent variable , namely style leadership and motivation work take effect to performance employees .
