Abstract

Study this for know and analyze influencing factors _ to performance employee PT. Ray Surabaya Magic. Tool analysis use questionnaire , Data collection in the form of validity and reliability tests is also carried out by testing assumptions classic . For test hypothesis used tool analysis data in the form of regression linear multiple .After done regression obtained analytical model multiple linear regression i.e. Y = 14,324 + 0.960 Leadership style + 1.154 motivation work , From the regression model the could is known existence connection which positive Among variable independent to variable dependent. On testing hypothesis by simultaneous namely in the F test by statistics show significant at the 0.05 level , Thing this means third variable free by simultaneous have influence to performance employees .That thing supported with R value 2 that is of 0.524 which means variation change dependent variable capable explained by the independent variable of 61.8%. The rest as big as 38.2% is explained by other variables that are not researched . Whereas testing by Partial or t test, third independent variable shows significant below 0.05. That thing show that by partial of each independent variable , namely style leadership and motivation work take effect to performance employees . Abstract

Human Resources is one factor that is vital as a determinant of the success of the company. The Company's success itself is usually determined from the performance of its employees. From the results of the pre-survey known phenomenon that occurs in the company is a decrease in employee performance. On the otherhand the discovery of Research Gap from previous studies on the influence of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. This is the background to do the research. This study uses the work motivation, leadership and organizational culture as an independent variable, and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population of this research is a sales employee of CV. Elead Indonesia Trenggalek. The sampling technique used is sampling saturated, with a sample of 64 people. The data obtained has been tested reliability and invalidity using validity and reliability. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. Of the coef icient of determination shows that motivation, leadership and organizational culture influence on employee performance of sales CV. Elead Indonesia Trenggalek 23.4%. While the remaining 76.6% is explained by other variables that are not described in this study. Keywords: Employe Performance, Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivasion.

Abstract

Penelitiain ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh celebrity endorse, electronic word of mouth, dan brand image terhadap minat akses pada E-Commerce Tokopedia, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 63 responden menggunakan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial celebrity endorse tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat akses, sedangkan electronic word of mouth dan brand image berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat akses. Celebrity endorse, electronic word of mouth dan brand image secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat akses. Electronic word mouth memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap minat akses pandai E-Commerce Tokopedia.
