<![CDATA[Abstrak - Prestasi Tuntas Sekolah (KPTS) adalah bantuan biaya personal pendidikan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar dalam bidang pendidikan dengan sarana kartu yang disediakan pemerintah daerah bekerja sama dengan Bank SULUTGO untuk diberikan kepada peserta didik kurang mampu dan berprestasi di satuan pendidikan dari jenjang SD maupun SMP. Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan efektifitas seleksi penerima KPTS menggunakan metode SMART yang handal dan efektif sehingga dapat diimplementasikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Model sistem pendukung keputusan penerima bantuan KPTS menggunakan metode SMART dibangun mampu membantu dalam melakukan perhitungan sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan, sehingga dapat menentukan penerima yang lebih diutamakan mendapatkan bantuan KPTS. Dimana hasil sistem pendukung keputusan ini berupa perangkingan calon penerima KPTS sesuai dengan besar nilai akhir yang diperoleh. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian white box disimpulkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan ini bebas dari kesalahan program dengan total Cyclomatic Complexity = 13, Region = 13, dan Path independent = 13.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Kartu Prestasi Tuntas Sekolah (KPTS), SMART.Abstract- School Completion Achievement Card (KPTS) is a personal education fund assistance for meeting basic needs in the field of education by means of a card provided by the regional government in collaboration with Bank SULUTGO to be given to underprivileged and achieving students in educational units from elementary and junior high school levels. The target of KPTS recipients are students who have pursued high achieving and underprivileged levels of education. The distribution of KPTS is often not on target. This is because the calculation of KPTS recipients still uses manual systems and has not yet been computerized. Manual calculations are increasingly ineffective for staff in charge of student data enumeration problems. The calculation of student data through updating the integrated database is still a collection of forms that need to be processed with a definite system and without subjective elements. In order to simplify the work and avoid miscalculating data with the old system, a decision support system was built which could help make the decision of the recipients of the KPTS quickly and more accurately by using the SMART method. This Decision Support System is expected to help make it easier to choose students who are eligible for KPTS.
