Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interpersonal trust terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan teamwork sebagai variabel mediasi bagi karyawan PT. Tunas Abadi Indoagro Kecamatan Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel sebanyak 45 karyawan. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert 5 poin. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan software pada komputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifkan antara interpersonal trust dengan kinerja karyawan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara interpersonal trust dengan teamwork, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara teamwork dengan kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara interpersonal trust dengan kinerja karyawan melalui teamwork.Kata Kunci: Interpersonal Trust, Kinerja Karyawan, TeamworkAbstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of interpersonal trust on employee performance with teamwork as a mediating variable for employees of PT. Tunas Abadi Indoagro, Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi. This research is a quantitative research using saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample of 45 employees. The data collection of this research is by distributing questionnaires using a 5 point likert scale. The data in this study were analyzed using PLS ( Partal Least Square) with the help of software on a computer. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between interpersonal trust and employee performance, a positive and significant influence between interpersonal trust and teamwork, a positive and sigficant influence between teamwork and employee performance, and a positive and significant influence between interpersonal trust and employee performance through teamwork.Keywords: Interpersonal Trust,Employee Perfomance, Teamwork
