Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : The high growth of motor vehicle in Central Java in 2000 reached 11,8% a year and from these number the city bus, 4,5%. This condition has seriously brought negative effect to environment. Many researchers found that the equipment of transportation and the industry are sources of air pollution, which very large and very dominant. The bus terminal is one location that is the highest air pollution than other locations because the bus terminal is a central of activities that need a transportation service. Beside that the bus terminal is a influence of sir quality dust, COx, NOx, SOx, in the bus terminal to the lung dysfunction of the permanent seller in the 15 prime bus terminals in Central Java, 2002 and to find the exposed duration, the work duration, the habit of smoking and age which can influence  the lung disfunction. Method : This was an analytic research using cross sectional approach. The samples of this research were 309 respondents (total population). The concentration of dust, COx, NOx, SOx, was directly  measured in the 15 prime bus terminals. The other data was measured by  interviewing with the sellers in the bus terminal who had been limited their ages (40 years old to down). The logistic regression analysis was used to test the influence of dust, COx, NOx, SOx, the exposed duration, the work duration, the habit of smoking and age. Result : The result of descriptive analysis shows that all variables have influence to the instance of the lung disfunction. It can be seen from the number of percentage of respondent who experienced the lung disfunction in  each variable. From analitical statistic, only the variable of anamnesis / the other diseases has influence which very significant to the instance of the lung disfunction. Other variables are risk factors to the instance of the lung disfunction. Key word : Dust, COx, NOx, SOx, concentration, interference lung – function, Seller, Bus Terminal.

Abstract

Educational transformation is a phenomenon that always occurs in the dynamics of educational development. This research aims to explore school strategies for overcoming obstacles to educational transformation in schools. The methods used were the critical method, dialectical method, and scholastic method. This research was included in library research. The author tried to find data, and theories related to the issues raised in various literature or references that the author found and then compared them using the method mentioned above. The research results showed that the leadership style and use of an asset-based community approach were prospective alternatives for overcoming obstacles, especially financial limitations that exist in schools. The distributed and learning leadership style was an alternative leadership style that was a solution because this style could change the mindset of the entire school community in overcoming the obstacles that the school had been experiencing. A community-based approach had a great opportunity to overcome financial constraints through the formation and empowerment of educational communities within the school environment.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the economic sector businesses that have an important role in advancing the economy in Indonesia. As a business operating in the MSME economic sector, of course it cannot be separated from the activities of preparing financial reports. However, in practice there are still many MSME players who have not prepared financial reports in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards. The purpose of this research is to find out how to prepare financial reports for the "Nyonya Patin" Leather Chips UMKM and carry out accounting records based on SAK EMKM. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The qualitative research method used is a case study approach. The results of this research indicate that the owner of the "Nyonya Patin" Leather Chips UMKM still does not carry out accounting records based on SAK EMKM and only records cash receipts and disbursements. By implementing SAK EMKM for the "Nyonya Patin" Leather Chips MSME, the financial reports are prepared using an accrual basic.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) apakah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal?, (2) apakah kedisiplinan guru berpengaruh terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal?, (3) apakah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kedisiplinan guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal?. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni: (1) mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kedisiplinan guru secara bersama terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru dan kepala sekolah SD di kecamatan ringinarum sejumlah 165 orang, dan sampel dipilih menggunakan Teknik Proportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 117 guru. Dari hasil penelitian, variable kepemimpinan kepala sekolah diperoleh rata-rata 142,21, disiplin guru rata-rata 152,73, sedangkan mutu sekolah rata-rata 162,52 Untuk uji hipotesis diperoleh: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Ŷ = 49,663 + 0,794 X1, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,741 dengan kontribusi sebesar 54,9%. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kedisiplinan guru terhadap mutu sekolah dengan persamaan Ŷ = 38,828 + 0,810 X2, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 78,9 dengan kontribusi sebesar 62,2 %, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kedisiplinan guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu sekolah dengan persamaan Ŷ = 28,632 + 0,350 X1 + 0,551 X2., kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,851 dengan kontribusi sebesar 66,5%. Saran pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah hendaknya meningkatkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pemberdayaan dan melibatkan secara intensif semua guru dalam program dan kegiatan sekolah secara transparan dan akuntabel. Guru hendaknya meningkatkan kualitas kedisiplinan dalam pembelajaran dan berbagai program sekolah dengan dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan hendaknya meningkatkan pengawasan dan monitoring pelaksanaan kebijakan pemerintah secara intensif. Abstract

This research was carried out at SD Negeri Petung, Pageruyung District, Kendal Regency, which aims to describe the process of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating project-based learning to strengthen the Pancasila learning profile (P5) in the independent and mutual cooperation dimensions. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation studies. Informants in this research include: Principal, teachers, and students, guardians of students. The results of the research (1) planning are 1) Developing the School's Vision, Mission and Goals; 2) Prepare RKJM, RKT, RKAS; 3) Designing dimensions, themes and time allocation; 4) Create a project priority activity module; 5) planning assistance in project implementation; 6) carry out evaluation and follow-up. (2) Organizing is 1) formation of management, 2) division of work tasks according to potential, 3) Standard SOPs for implementing tasks 4) Coordination and Communication in all fields. (3) Implementation includes 1) introduction 1 which contains the meaning and history of plastic, how to use plastic, how to use plastic wisely; 2) introduction stage 2 which includes the use and management of plastic, management and processing of plastic waste, an attitude of responsibility for sustainability; 3) assessment; 4) evaluation, reflection and follow-up. (4) Supervision of Petung includes internal supervision carried out by the school principal and supervisor, external supervision by the school committee. Apart from that, supervision of 1) assessment standards; 2) assessment; 3) the results of the assessment are in the form of a project report; 4) follow-up of project activities. Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) To analyze the gaps in the planning of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) at driving and non-moving schools at SMP PGRI Candiroto and SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto, Temanggung Regency (2) To analyze the gap in the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) at driving schools and non-movers at PGRI Candiroto Middle School and Candiroto 1 Middle School, Temanggung Regency. (3) To analyze the gaps in the evaluation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) at driving and non-moving schools at SMP PGRI Candiroto and SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto, Temanggung Regency This research uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenological approach design. The research subjects are SMP PGRI Candiroto as a driving school and SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto as a non-moving school. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis through the process of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability tests. From the research results, it can be concluded that based on the gap analysis of the P5 program through risk management worksheet analysis at SMP PGRI Candiroto and SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto, Temanggungi Regency, the planning sub-focus was influenced by reflecting on mastery of identifying initial readiness in implementing P5. The sub-focus of implementation is influenced by helping students optimally throughout the project activities by encouraging student involvement with strategies for building bonds with students that are well carried out by the teacher. And the sub-focus evaluation gap is caused by a lack of teacher knowledge regarding the goals and principles of P5, and support from teachers other than as part of the P5 team.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas,uji linieritas, uji heteroksidasitas, uji homogenitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian 1) Supervisi Akademik (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) berdasarkan Fhitung dari supervisi akademik sebesar 496,065 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 3,90 (496,065 > 3,90) dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. 2) Kompetensi Guru (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) berdasarkan Fhitung dari kompetensi guru sebesar 446,139 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 3,90 (446,139 > 3,90) dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. 3) motivasi kerja guru (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) berdasarkan Fhitung dari motivasi kerja guru sebesar 334,654 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 3,90 (334,654 > 3,90) dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.. 4) berdasarkan Fhitung dari supervisi akademik, kompetensi guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama sebesar 337,995 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 3,90 (337,995 > 3,90) dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik, kompetensi guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Abstract

The background to this research is the reality that shows the low professional competence of elementary school teachers in Bogorejo District, Blora Regency. The principal's leadership, organizational culture, and mastery of information technology are factors that influence the low professional competence of teachers. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of school principal leadership, organizational culture, and mastery of information technology on the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Bogorejo District, Blora Regency. This research uses a quantitative research approach and an ex post facto type of research. The research population was all elementary school teachers in Bogorejo District, Blora Regency, totaling 158 teachers. The total research sample was 113 teachers. The analysis of this research includes normality test analysis, linearity test, homogeneity test, and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing includes simple regression tests and multiple regression tests. The research results show that: (1) there is a significant influence of school principal leadership on teacher professional competence of 52.0% and the regression equation formed is Y = 36.044 + 0.513X1; (2) there is a significant influence of organizational culture on teacher professional competence of 42.7% and the regression equation formed is Y = 41.257 + 0.467X2; (3) there is a significant influence of mastery of information technology on teacher professional competence of 58.0% and the regression equation formed is Y = 32.906 + 0.698X3; (4) there is a significant influence of principal leadership, organizational culture, and mastery of information technology on teacher professional competence of 62.3% and the regression equation formed is Y = 24.877 + 0.246X1 + 0.005X2 + 0.456X3.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze: (1) the influence of academic supervision on the quality of graduates, (2) the influence of infrastructure on the quality of graduates, (3) the professional competence of teachers on the quality of graduates, and (4) the influence of academic supervision, infrastructure and competency teacher professionalism simultaneously affects the quality of graduates. Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) Academic supervision has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of graduates. This result is based on the positive t test results, it is proven that the calculated t1 result is 6.881> t table 1.652, (2) Infrastructure has a positive effect on improving the quality of graduates. This result is based on the positive t test results, it is proven that the calculated t2 result is 4.034 < t table 1.652, (3) Teacher Professional Competence has a positive effect on improving the quality of graduates. This result is based on the positive t test results, it is proven that the calculated t3 result is 4.289 < t table 1.652, (4) The influence of Academic Supervision, Infrastructure and Teacher Professional Competence simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Graduates. This is based on positive F test results, it is proven that the value of Fcount > Ftable (285,590 > 3,040). ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh supervise akademik terhadap mutu lulusan, (2) pengaruh sarana prasarana terhadap mutu lulusan, (3) kompetensi profesional guru terhadap mutu lulusan, dan (4) pengaruh supervise akademik, sarana prasarana dan kompetensi profesional guru secara simultan terhadap mutu lulusan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Supervisi akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan. Hasil ini berdasarkan hasil uji t positif, terbukti hasil t1 hitung 6,881> t tabel 1.652, (2) Sarana Prasarana berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan. Hasil ini berdasarkan hasil uji t positif, terbukti hasil t2 hitung 4,034 < t tabel 1,652, (3) Kompetensi Profesional Guru berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan. Hasil ini berdasarkan hasil uji t positif, terbukti hasil t3 hitung 4,289 < t tabel 1,652, (4) Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik, Sarana Prasarana dan Kompetensi Profesional Guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Lulusan. Hal ini berdasar hasil Uji F positif, terbukti nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (285,590 > 3,040).

Abstract

The learning implementation plan (RPP) is a systematic plan so that the implementation of learning can run effectively and efficiently (Afandi, 2009). Apart from preparing lesson plans, teachers also assess student learning outcomes. Learning assessment is carried out during the learning process and at the end of the lesson. Assessments are carried out to measure the level of competency achievement of students, monitor the learning process, progress of learning outcomes, and improve the learning process (Mulyasa, 2010). This research aims to analyze how the educational process standards are implemented at Kalongan 03 State Elementary School. The research will be conducted by researchers using a qualitative approach. In general, the implementation of learning carried out by class teachers has followed the guidelines. The use of learning approaches is not yet diverse. There are still teachers who only use one learning approach and learning resources are not yet diverse. The learning aids that each school has are also different. Apart from that, it is also influenced by the level of creativity of the teachers.
