<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tindakan dan faktor penghambat penanggulangan prostitusi online di Kepolisian Resor Kota Besar Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di Kepolisian Resor Kota Besar Makassar, metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, obesrvasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian tindakan kepolisian menanggulagi prostitusi online di Kepolisian Resor Kota Besar Makassar belum berjalan optimal khususnya dalam menjalankan fungsi represif sebagai bagian tugas kepolisian selain tindakan preemtip dan preventif. Faktor yang menghambat dalam upaya menanggulangi prostitusi online di Kepolisian Polrestabes Makassar dipengaruhi dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal terdiri dari faktor hukum dan faktor sarana dan prasarana.
