<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning work creation on labor rights, prospects for developing the Islamic economy and developing MSMEs. The research method in this research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach because the problems studied are structured and clear, namely to explore and clarify what has and has not been done. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that the Omnibus Law is a legal concept whose purpose is to eliminate overlap between laws and regulations both in similar or conflicting sectors which will then be rearranged. The Job Creation Law also strongly supports the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia because there are many good articles on the development of the Islamic economy. The researcher concludes that legal protection for MSMEs has been properly regulated through the Job Creation Law and Government Regulation Number 7 of 2021, especially regarding legal protection because currently the central government and regional governments have paid more attention in terms of financing to MSMEs who request legal assistance and assistance services such as legal counselling, legal consultation, mediation, and out-of-court assistance. where in Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEs previously it had not comprehensively regulated legal protection for MSMEs.]]>
