<![CDATA[Tujuan studi ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji akibat hukum dari perbuatan sepihak e-marketplace yang menutup lapak penjualan pelaku usaha online. Adapun penelitian ini termasuk sebagai penelitian hukum normatif yang meneliti permasalahan norma berupa norma kabur dan didasarkan pada pendekatan konsep serta peraturan perundang-undangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari permasalahan hukum yang dikaji oleh penulis, dapat dipahami bahwa jual-beli secara online yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha pada e-marketpalce harus senantiasa didasarkan pada ketentuan yang terdapat dalam Undang-undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan Peratutan Pemerintah No. 71 Tahun 2019. Selanjutnya berkaitan dengan perbuatan sepihak e-marketplace yang melakukan penutupan terhadap lapak penjualan pelaku usaha online dapat menimbulkan akibat hukum berupa gugatan yang diajakan pada pengadilan atas dugaan dilakukannya perbuatan melawan hukum oleh pihak e-marketplace. The purpose of this study is to examine the legal consequences of the unilateral act of e-marketplaces that have closed the sales stalls of online business actors. Investigation is included as normative legal research which examines the problem of norms in the form of norms and is based on conceptual approaches and regulations. Based on the results of the investigation of legal issues reviewed by the author, it can be applied that online buying and selling carried out by business actors on e-market palce must always be based on the provisions contained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and Regulation of Government of The Republic of Indonesia No. 71 of 2019. Furthermore, related to the unilateral act of e-marketplace which closes the sales stalls of online business actors, it may result in legal consequences in the form of a lawsuit filed at the court for allegedly violating the law by the e-marketplace.]]>
