Berka) Wanprestasi Terhadap Pemilik Rumah Dalam Perjanjian Kerja Di Kelurahan Sei Bangkong Kecamatan Pontianak Kota?”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode empiris. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data dan informasi, untuk mengetauhi faktor apa yang menyebabkan terjadinya wanprestasi, akibat hukum bagi pihak yang wanprestasi serta upaya apa yang dilakukan oleh pihak pemilik rumah untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dalam pelaksanaan perbaikan konstruksi bagian lantai dasar rumah antara pihak CV. Berka dan pihak pemilik rumah.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor penyebab CV. Upaya yang dilakukan pihak pemilik rumah terhadap CV. Berka yang wanprestasi dalam perbaikan konstruksi bagian lantai dasar rumah adalah memberikan teguran secara langsung kepada pihak CV. Berka, agar bertanggung jawab untuk segera menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tepat waktu dan tetap harus memberikan mutu yang sesuai dengan apa yang sudah diperjanjikan diantara kedua belah pihak.
