The application of learning through the tahfidz qur’an method is a step in instilling Islamic character values in children’s lives which are applied through the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program at Tahfidz Pintar Kindergarten in Bandung City through memorization programs and Islamic stories. Various problems that occur in the environment as well as advances in technology today certainly encourage educational institutions to renew learning in maintaining children’s morals. The purpose of this study is to instill Islamic character values in early childhood where children can have good morals through the application of learning through the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Learning method. The application of learning through the Tahfidz Al’Qur’an method uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques used by researchers in this study, namely observation as the method, interviews, and documentation as support. This research was carried conducted in Group B with the number of research subjects 12 children and teachers at TK Tahfidz Pintar, Bandung City, where data analysis was carried out interactively and took place continuously at each stage of the study so that the learning carried out could shape the character of children better. The results of the study indicate that the application of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an learning can develop the Islamic character of children who are religious, independent, disciplined, and istiqomah.Penerapan pembelajaran melalui metode tahfidz qur’an ini merupakan langkah-langkah dalam menanamkan nilai karakter islami dalam kehidupan anak-anak yang diterapkan melalui program Tahfidz Al-Qur’andi TK Tahfidz Pintar Kota Bandung melalui program hafalan dan cerita islami. Berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di lingkungan serta majunya teknologi saat ini tentunya mendorong lembaga pendidikan untuk pembaharuan pembelajaran dalam menjaga akhlak anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menanamkan nilai karakter islami pada anak usia dini dimana anak dapat memiliki akhlak yang baik melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran Tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Penerapan pembelajaraan melalui metode Tahfidz Qur’an ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi sebagai metode pokok, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai pendukung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kelompok B dengan jumlah subjek penelitian 12 anak dan guru di TK Tahfidz Pintar Kota Bandung, serta dimana analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus pada setiap tahap penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Tahfidz Al-Qur’an dapat membentuk karakter islami anak yang religius, mandiri, disiplin, dan istiqomah.
