<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahuhi Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Anggota Kepolisian Pada Polsek Tamalanrea Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji regresi simultan (uji-f) dan uji regresi parsial (uji-t). Proses pengolahan data dibantu dengan program aplikasi software SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian pada Polsek Tamalanrea Kota Makassar.Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, dan KinerjaAbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of training and work motivation on the performance of police officers at the Tamalanrea Police, Makassar City.
