Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Human Capital Management, dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap kinerja Polisi pada Polres Pelabuhan Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan mengambil populasi yakni anggota polisi yang ditetapkan sebanyak 80 orang responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja polisi, Human Capital Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja polisi, dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Polisi pada Polres Pelabuhan Makassar.Kata kunci: Intellectual Capital, Human Capital Management, Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, kinerja AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital, Human Capital Management, and Human Resource Development on Police performance at the Port of Makassar Police. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires, by taking the population, namely police officers, which were determined as many as 80 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.
